relationship management
 Coordinate with merchandisers and clients to ensure maximum visibility
 Manage the entire order fulfillment process with 100% detail and accuracy.
 Update partners of promotions and maximize sales per site / per sku
 Process orders received from the customer.
 Update inventory panels on daily basis
 Create and maintain correct product data sheets
 Ship the order to the customer as needed with the help of a team of packers.
 Track the order from the courier company and communicate to partners /
customers of status, as required.
 Maintain proper records at every step of the process as required
 Update panels on partner sites / own sites / other places as required.
