Job Description:-
1)Planning of CNC sheet punching weekly and daily monitoring.
2)Planning of Foaming of Bodies on a daily basis.
3)Monitoring of production activities on fabrication Department
4)Monitoring of production activities in the refrigeration department.
5)Production planning on Monthly, weekly basis in co-ordination with production and purchase dept.
6)Maintenance of plant and machinery
7)Interaction with Purchase, Production and Service for various activities involved in.
8)Interaction with contractors for materials issued.
9)Interaction with stores department for timely movement of raw material.
10)Attending daily meeting, sales and service meetings as schedule
11)Ensure timely procurement of urgent requirement of material from local vendors as per the guidelines set by purchase and Hr.
12)Carrying activities related to project in CNC, Fabrication and Foaming area.
13)Monitoring and maintaining preventive measures for all plant and machinery.
14)Working on capacity based production.
15)Coordinating for new product developments for functioning of smooth production.
16)Working on new jig fixtures & improving on takt time for mass production.
17)Monitoring new project activities.
18)Preparation of CAPA plan for process validation
19)Developing low cost automation for process and productivity improvement
20)Creation of innovations on the shop floor on monthly basis.( Kaizan)
