1.Responsible for Production Plan Implementation & Manpower Handling, DCS handling.
• 2.Having Knowledge of Productivity/Cost/Yield improvement.
• 3.Overlooking operations of production & Monitoring cost per SKU.
• 4.Knowledge of Process/Analysis of various reports.
• 5.Documentation of Online, Offline checks & Swam Act.
• 6.Co-ordination with Stores, Production, Quality & Maintenance.
• 7.Knowledge of Packing Machinery, Utilities & Plant Maintenance.
• 8.Knowledge of Safety, TPM, 5 S & JH activity in plant.
• 9.Knowledge of batch process. trouble shooting, Hazop.
• 10.Knowledge of SAP system, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
• 11.Able to handle 20 manpower team.
• 12.Able to handle 600MT to 700 MT capacity plant.
