Create Manufacturing drawings, Site Layouts and Prototypes of products (as and when required) or components using computer-aided design (CAD) software. ii) Documentation for Controlled Copies of Drawings and Specifications. iii) Work closely with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing and sales teams, as well as external partners, such as suppliers and contractors iv) Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors, In process and Final Inspection of outgoing products for shipping. v) Assist in Third party Inspection. And ensure the Release note and despatch clearance is received On Time. Also enter the inspection record on Portal as per client requirement vi) Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications. vi) Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. vi) Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. vii) Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
