Job Responsibilities:- i) Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs.
ii) Diagnose automation system faults and restore machine functionality.
iii) Work on servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and control panel wiring.
iv) Support automation upgrades and new machine commissioning.
v) Ensure system safety and compliance with automation standards.
vi) Perform preventive maintenance on automation systems.
vii) Coordinate with production teams to improve cycle time and process efficiency.
viii) Maintain documentation of programs, backups, and wiring diagrams.
