Experience :- 2 Years To 5 Years In Process Industry

Job Description:- i) All instrument calibration / solution preparation / standardization.
ii) To execute finished product testing as per standard protocol.
iii) To be carried out analysis of Coal in Coal plant in absence of their permanent chemist.
Also carried out on line finished product analysis & monitoring in process lab
v) To be carried out maize Rack analysis as per plan.
vi) To follow Lab Safety PPEs during analysis in lab.
vii) To preserve control sample in lab and also send marketing sample or to customer as
per Requirements.
To maintain Housekeeping in Central Lab.
To follow & maintain Central Lab as per GLP standard.
Also have knowledge of handling & Testing:-
1)Hplc
2)GC
3)UV spectrophotometer
4)Karl Fisher
5)Bomb calorimeter
6)Sap
7)Raw material chemical & packing testing
8) Brookfield viscosity
9)Water testing
10)Chemical preparation and std.
12) Final product all testing
