Skills
• Knowledge and work experience in plastic injection molding process
• Proficiency in ERP system (SAP) and MS Office
• QMS system awareness (ISO 9001)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
Job Responsibilities:-
• Prepare daily documentation of production planning and maintenance planning related reports
• Monitor and control shop floor activities
• Execute breakdown maintenance
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Plan mold and material changes
• Maintain plant utility systems
• Conduct mold, machine, and material trials
• Coordinate procurement of raw material
Additional Comments:
• SAP knowledge is essential

• Production Planning Report (Daily)
• Daily Production Report (Daily)
• Raw Material Requisition Report (As required)
• Breakdown Maintenance Report of machine, mold, and utility accessories (As required)
• Preventive Maintenance of machines and utility equipment report (As per schedule)
