Key Responsibilities:-
i) Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in RLC circuits and PLC systems.
ii) Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
iii) Manage manpower and guide junior team members.
iv) Perform hands-on work on machines and electrical systems.
v) Handle tasks independently with minimal supervision.
vi) Apply TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methods in daily work.
vii) Identify areas for improvement in electrical systems and processes.
viii) Work on energy-saving ideas and projects.
ix) Use tools like RCA (Root Cause Analysis), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) to improve system reliability.
x) Having knowledge in PLC programming.
